Światłocienie / Chiaroscuro is a multisensory event - a combination of a concert with an exhibition of glass jewelry and photography. The leitmotif is baroque with its characteristic contrasts of light and shadow. The music of this era, distant in time, and at the same time surprisingly close in terms of emotionality, served as an inspiration for the creation of glass jewelry, which in turn became a pretext for creating a series of photographs.
The program will include works by one of the most outstanding Baroque composers, G.F. Handel, and Italian masters such as C. Monteverdi, M. Bononcini, F. Provenzale, and D. Gabrielli, who was also a cello virtuoso.
